Island of Dawn - Edicts - Explanation

Greetings fellow Arboreans..

Lately we have seen some fellow players unhappy regarding our Vanarch-ship on Island of Dawn

First I would like to apologize upfront by not have known myself of the Available Edicts for Island of Dawn.

(As you all know Supreme Dominion were originally running for Poporia, but the vote system sorts guilds according to their votes and the Provinces the Vanarchs Chose.)

(We Chose Island of Dawn as our 2nd while Poporia as our first, but another guild had more votes then me so He got his 1st pick, while We Supreme Dominion had to stick to our 2nd pick due to our lack of Votes.)

I would also love to request support from Tera En Masse officials to clear this doubts, because due to this lack of information it my ruin Supreme Dominion's next cycle elections.

Problem: Players complaining that Supreme Dominion as Vanarchs, they have not opened/enabled the Trade Broker or Trainers in Island of Dawn!

Solution: Screenshot Proof and hopefully a few words from Tera En Masse officials to clear the doubts of the Arachnaea Community!

In the Following Screenshot, as you can see, that is the Policy Window (Left Window) that I have access to as Vanarch of Supreme Dominion, I gain access by taling to the AIDE NPC located @ Tower Base! In the Right side Window you will notice Island of Dawn Edicts! which shows clearly Only 2 Features Enabled/Activated! (Specialty store is the 1st one, latter one is Noble Cleric)

In the Following Screenshot I Would love to take Ostgarath as an example, as you all can see on the Edicts he has 4 Features Enabled/Activated (That is due to the reason that its a higher level province, unlike Island of Dawn which is the beginners Province)
Apex needs to Manually Exchange Policy Points in order to Enable them, but in Island of Dawn, 1st we don't have Trade Broker and 2nd, Trainers are ON BY DEFAULT!

So In conclusion, there are some provinces that have TRAINERS NPCs ENABLED by DEFAULT! as well as the TRADE BROKERS! while some other Provinces, they don't, thus the Current Vanarch of whichever province that is, will need to Manually enable/activate those FEATURES/NPCs!

Hope I can really get few words from the En Masse Staff to clear this misunderstanding Up, cause this might have a huge influence for Supreme Dominion in the Next cycle!

Thank you All for reading, sorry for the Long post but it was needed in order to explain as best as I could!

Apologies to everyone, due to the sole reason that I did not clarify this sooner!

I did check it out and there was nothing closed down on the Island of Dawn. Thanks for posting this M, I'm sure there are several other guilds in the low level provinces in a very similar situation and its good to make people aware of it.

I think Isle of Dawn is pretty unique, in that there's no broker and the trainers can't be toggled off. Noble Clerics offer a too-brief-to-be-useful buff, and nothing else, so that's kind of a waste of policy points, imo.

Being vanarch of IoD kind of sucks though. There's a lot of activity, but I don't think anyone can make their money back on 3-silver crystals and 3-silver ports.

What you say is pretty much true, for the 3000 Gold one invests in to become vanarch, IoD ain't the best province to recover it, financially

but other then that, We Chose to become vanarchs and face it with our head upfront! we seek the fun and balance for the community!

each provincial vanarch will have their obstacles, their own problems, but we each must face it responsibly since we were elected ! ppl trust us to do our jobs!

but currently my issue is that some features are out of my hands, we are trying the best to clarify this confusion up, to avoid misunderstanding from the fellow players!

Also, a little info to all players that are not 100% informed regarding the political system, policy points:
Policy points can be earned by doing Vanarch quests from the Mission boards, Guild master has access to Quests that reward only 100 Points, by killing .. let's say medium to hard mobs, there are also 500 points reward quest, but those involve in killing WORLD BOSS, which we all know, currently they are camped and monitored by some vanarchs already~

Specialty Store (1500 Points per 24Hrs)
Noble Cleric NPC (500 Points per 24Hrs)

I know some players will say, "quit your [filtered]ing, if you can't take the heat leave the kitchen" or anything else..
but is not that, like i said, we are giving forth our efforts, trying as much as we can!

I would just like to Ask of our fellow players for your understanding, regarding the EDICTS that IoD (Island of Dawn) can't be managed by Vanarch

It's actually not unique-- in Val Aureum I am in a similar situation in that the trade brokers are on by default no matter what. The only province on Arun that is not in that kind of situation is Ostgarath. They must spend the full 3500 points a day keeping everything open.

Thanks for clearing the air, Momo and keep up the great work!

This is actually very easy for anyone to see by opening up the Vanarchy tab and looking at the edicts. Below taxes it will show what edicts are set as which, and the lower level Arun provinces only have the two options.

Kind of silly you had to clarify this, but we still heart you Momo (can't use less than symbol apparently.)
