Hey, Luju. :) Thanks for the response and I'm happy to see the whole thing was just a misunderstanding. As a screenshot-aholic myself, I can understand the time and effort it can take to get things just right, even though you're not physically drawing the characters and whatnot. I simply worried that something a bit more unsavory was going on, and I'm happy that my worries have been assuaged!
I to like the effects a lot, and your sense of composition in the shots. :) I'm sure you made the people you took them for very happy.

I was hoping the community would judge them by their beauty (I admire them every day) and not by whether they think it is considered 'artwork' or not. Don't be hard on yourself, the people who were supposed to enjoy your photo's did and that's all that matters. See you around ^^

I am not sure what server you are on, but I guess I could create a character on another server if you are not on Celestial Hills. I am not sure if I would need to do everything on the Island of Dawn to be able to meet up with you, that could take a while *smiles*.

Thank you for your response to my response and your understanding. I did not see any responses (yet) that had suggestions for how the descriptions on the deviantart website should be different. But, I added this to each of the pictures' descriptions:

Additional Details: I have met many kind and wonderful people while playing TERA (tera.enmasse.com) and have had so much fun playing together on TERA's Celestial Hills server. I wanted a way to remember these times and think of these players outside of TERA and I thought a way I could do that would be artistic-looking background wallpapers. After a lot of reading through help and tutorials, a lot of screenshots, and a lot of editing using the GNU Image Manipulation Program (www.gimp.org), I eventually ended up with pictures like this. I liked them so much that I wanted to share them with the players depicted and anyone else that may enjoy them.

It is Ok Knives. Thank you for your kind words, I miss you and Kyu both! Ironically, the fortune cookie I opened today said "Everything has beauty, but not everyone sees it.". It made me feel a little better at least.
Thanks for clearing that up! See, when I read the deviantart descriptions where it said 'based off of such and such", it makes it sounds like, "I created this piece of art that has characters that belong to this game". It makes more sense for you to say that they ARE the characters from such and such.
They are beautiful screenshots, really! Your descriptions were just a little misleading. :)
