You would think by the time people hit 38 that they would have learned not to stand still ~20 meters away from a lancer, especially when they have a full crew around them.

The Lancer you came across at around 5mins in didn't even fight back...WTF. Lancer vs. Lancer fights can take forever even if one is geared and the other isn't, but that guy didn't even try to fight. Makes me ashamed to have him/her among the Lancer ranks.
