So far, you've been an awesome community in game (ignoring all the OBT trolls and whatever else.
The lack of drama so far, and the kindness of the players, the lack of trolling during PK/PvP.
It's outstanding people.
I praise all of you for helping BC be the community we want it to be. =) <3
/puts on big girl panties
/lands in Cutthroat Harbor
/dies on landing
He he, that's going to happen on a PvP server.
No offense intended; I'm sure people were just having fun.
I know I was.
:)
As soon as I rezzed I was over in the fray!
there was many of times where i had random outlaws come attack or i attacked random outlaws win or lose it always ended with a /w gf! i am impressed myself ahha
How are you guys dying in cutthroat landing? It was a safe zone when I landed and a short 3 second ride to the outpost which as far as I could tell was also safezone. I am confuzzled.
The safe zone symbol, was actually just a bug. We could very much PK people coming in or going out. I definitely had some fun taking folks out then watching the incoming zergs to counter us. lol.
Heck, even a few familiar faces got caught in the crossfire. What's important is that most folks on the server are able to deal with it in a mature manner. I'd say the only real frustrations I found (besides the zergs) was the times I was PUG healing groups, and someone would have infamy. Lo and behold, it would turn my flag on, and the self-proclaimed "server cops" would come and kill me and the flagged dps, wiping the BAM group, essentially.
After that happening a couple times, I arranged a guild merger, and we went on a fun lil killing spree, giving the "server cops" some good ole fashioned vigilante justice. ^_-
One of the times I had the most fun was when a fight broke out all of a sudden just outside Velika's north gate. Me and my friends were just playing around on some duels and 2v2s when a gazillion people with red names from the "Nova" guild came rushing at us. We barely managed to survive as another wave of players, this time from "Vicious" came crashing at them.
People would always end up getting caught in the crossfire, so there were frequently allies hitting allies because they were not in the same group/guild, but the chaos itself was insanely fun.
Hadn't had so much fun on a random PvP event, well, ever.
And aside from a couple of Kill on Sight flagged guilds, everything went pretty smooth.
I'm glad we picked this server ^^
