Hey everyone, I just wanted to let you all know that I will be running for Vanarch in the upcoming election (4/30/12). I'd appreciate all your guys' help and I'm assuming that we'll need a lot of votes to make this happen. Here's a bit of an overview on why you should vote for me to become a Vanarch:

Why I should become Vanarch: I like to think that I bring a lot of positive energy to my current guild (Madness) and if I became Vanarch I feel as if I could capitalize on this and spread it throughout the community. People want someone who isn't a [filtered] and who helps out and who they can always rely on, if you ever need that extra person to come help kill BAMs or kill someone who has been ganking you over and over that's exactly who I am.

How does this help you?: You might be asking yourself, "Why should I vote for you? What good does it do me? It's a waste of time." Well having someone like me become Vanarch helps everyone out. First, the taxes on players in the zone that I own won’t be extraordinarily high. I know how it feels to be low on cash and the last thing I want is having to pay some ridiculous tax. Did you ever notice some merchants that you couldn’t sell things to, teleports that you couldn’t use, or trainers that wouldn’t let you train? Well if I became Vanarch I’d be sure to have all of those open making everything much more convenient. Have any suggestions of what you’d like to be done? I’m always open to new suggestions in regards on how to run things. If you don’t like something then I want to know!

What you need to do: Vote! The more votes we have the better chance of winning the election! Also, spread the word! We need people voting throughout all of the Basilisk Crag community. If you're in a group killing BAMs, questing with someone, running instances, etc. just let them know really quick that I'll be running for Vanarch on the 30th and that you'd really appreciate their vote. It only takes a few seconds and it helps out a ton. Remember, every vote counts. After you vote you’ll also receive a small reward thanking you for voting.

1) How long do you plan on playing during the Head Start
2) Why do you need to tax anyone if you're concerned about how little gold some folks have?
3) What is your daily availability like?
4) Why should I believe anything you say?

1. I have nothing to do this weekend so I will be on all day everyday.
2. If you're going to be putting that much time and effort into something one would like to come out of it with some gain, whether it be for themselves or a guild.
3. On TERA? Usually all day on the weekends and evenings on the weekdays(CST). Obviously everyday will not be like that due to other things going on but that is generally how often I'd be available. Outside of TERA I can always check the forums or my guild forums from my phone.
4. Why would I put this much time and effort into a lie? If I don't live up to your expectations I can always be taken out of office.

1) Do you enjoy the content TERA has to offer?
2) You get access to a mount, notoriety, and guild visibility, isn't that enough gain?
3) How many hours each weekday evening will you have?
4) Why would you put this much time into a lie? For gold, lots and lots of gold. How do I know you're not lying?

A politician needs the ability to foretell what is going to happen tomorrow, next week, next month, and next year. And to have the ability afterwards to explain why it didn't happen

1. What are your policies on Zerodens?
2. Have you accepted Zeroden into your life?
3. If you were stuck on an island and could only bring three Zerodens with you, which would you choose? (Yes, this is a relevant question that helps us figure out your character)
4. If a Zeroden ran against you for Vanarch would you cede the position to him for the good of all Zerodenkind?

1. I've loved every minute of the game. It's so refreshing from the traditional MMO that we've all played over and over.
2. I can't simply just not tax. Opening merchants, trainers, etc. all costs money and I'm certain that I can't do that solely from gold out of my pocket. Also I'm attempting to run a top guild in TERA at the same time. The gold from taxes not only will help the zone I am a Varach in but will also help others succeed.
3. With time off from school coming up I'll be able to play more into the daytime as well as the evening. I only go to school Monday Wednesday and Friday and on those days I'll be able to be able to play a little in the morning and after 7PM until the morning hours.
4. The power of a Vanarch not only comes with responsibility but also with a reputation that I would need to uphold. Like I said earlier, I am also attempting to run a top guild on BC and not only would my reputation be ruined with them but also with the whole server and my guild. Think of what that would do to the rest of my gaming experience while playing TERA

1. I have no policies on Zerodens
2. I have fully accepted Zeroden into my life.
3. I am not aware of multiple Zerodens. If I knew that I was about to be stuck on an island with someone Zeroden would be the first person that would come to mind on who to bring with.
4. It would be my honor to run against such a great man. If it came down to it then may the best man win!
