Yes it's me again :) I just wanted to repost our recruiting advertisement to make it simple and easy for you to read. Heres the things you need to have when you apply to our clan.

1. Sociability : We are looking for people who are acutally willing to communicate and be involved
in a group. We are gonna have a team speak channel open for our clan so we can
keep chatting without typing while you are playing.

2. Responsibility : We need people who have a clear idea what makes a clan the GOOD clan.
Our actions make us what we are. We don't want people with psychotic mind.

3. Respect : You don't deserve to be respected if you don't repect the others. It makes long lasting
friendship :)

4. Effort : You actually have to put effort to pull the best out of you. We will be providing lots of tips
of both PVP and PVE especially on the max level instance dungeons which are gonna be
pretty darn tough to clear.

5. Pride : Be proud to be part of the family. It makes both your-self and us shine !

Keep these in mind when you are applying.
We are not looking for huge amount of people. Things will be uncontrollable.
We will go for small unit of elites.
We also will be pvping when we reach max level and pick up pvp gears.
Because thats when real and fun pvp starts =)

We are looking in between 30~50 to start with. Starting members will settle the clan first. Then we will pick out more opperators to manage the clan with us. Anybody from anywhere are welcome to join. But keep those things listed above when you apply with. We are looking for people who are mature and taking social life seriously. Don't need scums. =)

Yeap, like DS mentioned earlier we are lookin to stay @ 30-50 guildies until later. Hundreds of guild members in a single guild is meaningless IMO especially when you are seeking mature people who can take responsibility of the actions that they make. That's the main reason why we dont make random invitations like other big guilds do.

First three instances(CBT1-5) are designed extremely easy for starters but as your level go higher instances become lot harder to clear and those lvl 50+ instances cannot be cleared within an hour if you do not know boss atk patterns or doesnt know what mobs to kill/not to kill. That's another reason why we are keeping members in a reasonable numbers. This way we can always help guildies when they run in to any problems/questions. Some do want to go through numbers of deaths and failures just until they figure out their own which I totally respect but if you are type of a person who wants to get some assistants to be ahead of everyone else in server and would like to help others in guild, Noblesse is a right guild for you :D

Not only Noblesse can help you through clear instances, we can also help you how to make gold by what to keep for later contents and what to get rid of fast as well as class specifications such as bunch of BAM how-to's, Crystal settings for each class, and both PVE/PVP Glyph settings for your class.
