Ordo Rozen Kreutz is looking for a few Alpha Wolves (Sub Leaders) to fill out our ranks.
We move like a pack of Northern wolves. We hunt like a pack of Northern wolves.
Many can be taught how to follow, but only a few are born leaders.
The Alpha males are easily recognized within a community.
Their posture as well as how vocal they are separates them from the rest of the wolves.
The Alpha male keeps order within the pack, and is always the one to lead the hunt.
The connection that exist between these wolves runs deep within their blood.
The Alpha wolves have the most experience in hunting and defending as well as other important activities within the pack.
The other pack members respect their positions and follow their leadership in almost all things.
The older brothers/sisters establish dominance over their younger ones.
This superiority displayed could be a physically larger size or greater strength.
However, even it's own personality could establish it's dominance.
The younger brothers and sisters (new recruits) usually do not occupy permanent positions within the heirarchy.
They all take orders from their parents and older brothers/sisters.
However, their relationships with each other change frequently.
During their play and other activities, they are constantly testing one another
to see who will be the "top wolf" among their age group.

Overall, We move as a pack, and we also kill as a pack.
This is the mentality that the guild shares within it's circle.
Wolves are loyal, steadfast, and fearless.
Our prey may have strong defenses. Deer and caribou can run faster than wolves.
Huge musk oxen fight off wolves by standing in a circle with their horns facing out.
However, it is only by strategy that we bring down prey much larger than ourselves, not by sheer power.
