I get home from work, and yet again the server is down?

just went down at 6 dnt knw why

I was playing and it suddenly dropped me. And now I can't get back in even though it says there is a medium population.

just bad timing, they are restarting the servers. They didnt mention how long it would take but im assuming no longer than 15-30 mins

they announced in game on system chat that they would be restarting the servers

it was for a rolling restart on all server to put the full version of the game online

This is true kicked me out of an instance at the end boss with out warning. Like I emailed customer service, I am not prepaying for time like I was thinking about until I see that the random crapping out of service and overage on down time isn't a habbit. You've got 30 days to wow me.

i believe while in Crescentia, on VoT, i heard someone say that they were bringing them down, possibly for an hour. not sure on that tho.
