If you're not going to play it, can you please delete the character so that I can rename back to it? Unfortunately, I lost the name when I transferred from VoT to here, but I'd still love to get it back.

If you're account is no longer active or something, hop on livechat at https://tera-support.enmasse.com/app/chat/chat_launch and ask them to delete the character for you.

Any information regarding who might own the account with that name reserved would be greatly appreciated.

Good luck finding them, but it's likely an OBT or first month unsub. :(

I might suggest sending in a support ticket. I remember them saying a while back that OBT names that weren't being played would be wiped after a while. If this name doesn't belong to an active account, they may be willing to give it to you.
