Introduction
We are a late-night oceanic based guild focused on PvE progression, with a casual commitment to PvP. Many of us have been playing MMO's for about 6 years now, and were involved in racing towards level cap in other MMO's, as well as leading server firsts for boss kills and raid achievements. If you are a laid-back player dedicated to either PvE or PvP, and are active around oceanic playing times, then this is the place for you.
Unlike many of the guilds on Basilisk Crag, we have no interest whatsoever in forming a zerg-guild. We are a tight-knit player base who want each and every member to feel like they are part of the team, and not just one of 300 guildies. Once the majority of our guild reach level cap, we would like to participate in every aspect of end-game.
Requirements
Be able to attend 80% of scheduled guild events.
Have a computer and connection capable of playing with consistent hindrance-free performance.
Have a desire to improve yourself, and maximise every aspect of your character.
Have Mumble installed, and a working microphone is optional.
Be respectful towards all players, including those outside the guild; this means no trolls!
Must be willing to kick-back, take and make a joke, and above all, have fun.
Play Times
Our schedule will be Sunday, Monday & Thursday. Invites will start at 9:15pm (GMT + 12), with kick-off at 9:30pm, and will finish at 1:30am the following day. The majority of us are on everyday, but i'd like these dedicated nights for the guild to catch up and have everyone feel they are part of the community.
Loot System
We will be using a fair Loot Council system, based off the following factors:
Attendance - this includes being ontime, and giving us a heads-up when you may be running late.
Performance - this does not mean whoever does top dps/heals for the night, but awareness, attitude, and consistency.
Veterancy - only to an extent. We will not be favoring officers over everyone else like many loot council guilds do. Core Raiders and Officers will have an equal priority for gear, Raiders have the second highest priority, and Trials will have a low priority.
Physical Upgrade - what will give the guild the biggest improvement through stat point gain.
