Sounds like a good guild for the hardcore player, I'm more of a laid back player, always nice to see motivated players though. Good luck to you guys!

Kinda Jessmo but not entirely, We have an extremely light raid schedule, we just expect all members to be competent and work well so we can get things done in a short amount of time. I'm probably just as laid back as you :D

Understood, I'm interested in finding a guild but I much rather find one in game, gives me a better feel of what's going on and the way people act.

Completely understandable. Well if you find yourself roaming around blightwood feel free to send me a message if u want to just hang around for a bit and just kind of get a feel for our group. My character will be Dr.Prof.Banana.

Your 2 cents are much appreciated but, if you consider getting things done efficiently is Prison feel then i'm quite excited to see what your version of "fun/raiding" is like. Share some of the ideas with me and maybe we'll talk about it over a picnic.

I assure to all reading this post that we will never be considered and or be labeled as the "Bad Guys" and or "Elitist Snobs" of Blightwood. We are here to enjoy the TERA experience as much as the next person and we are here to make friends with everyone.

And to Scapei3 I'm very sorry your first impression of us is a negative and threatening to your guild but we come in peace.

First off, I don't have a guild, have never even partied up with anyone in any Tera Beta yet. It's just the way you worded things. It doesn't sound like a fun guild to be in. Not sure if it was needed to be said so many times with how quick you will be to kick someone who is not "good enough" for your guild. That's common in most guilds to a point, just sounds a little rude the way you say it is all. It just sounds awfully easy to get kicked from your guild, like someone could be kicked for just having an off day and find themselves labeled a "Is Not". After saying multiple times how quickly you will kick people if they are not up to your standards and how you will be having 4 hour raids on weekdays(kids with no work or family?)... you turn around say " We DO NOT want it to feel like a job!!!". Maybe I am too casual but that sounds contradicting to me.

Other then that initial post it all sounds gravy though, and I'm sure you are nice people. It's just the feeling I got from that first post. Perhaps I am not hardcore enough to understand it fully. My apologies if I came off rude in any way.

Understood, I guess if you look at it from the view of not being in many guilds before it comes off like that. But there was no malicious intent or false advertising. Sorry that you read it that way.

NP :)

I have been in plenty of guilds/linkshells over the past 10 years, just not often you see a "welcome mat" like yours lol.

I was actually quite taken by it. I have a easy work schedule but I have a girlfriend with two kids and they are a hand full. The time I get to play I would like to get as much done as humanly possible rather than beat my face against a wall repeatedly.

I think it was more of "We are a casual guild with a hardcore mentality.." Hardcore meaning efficient. I would like to start my healing/support career off with competent players. Players that understand that it does not take hours upon hours of playing to know what your doing with your class and how to rescue a party from a crappy situation.
