Hello everyone,

This is your friendly Conviction officer Gideon stopping by to promote Convictions end-game recruitment thread

With the first Vanarch election coming to a close and the all-server-wide Nexus opening soon, Conviction is heavily and openly recruiting all jobs level 50+. We are also recruiting anyone with a Lancer level 30 plus who plans on having Lancer as their main job.

Goals of this recruitment:
Increase our endgame (Kaprima, baldur's Reg and HM, and Nexus)
Lower wait times in between runs (only a few level 60 lancers currently makes it hard for more than a few other members to get consistent runs)
Maintain our PVP events on a larger scale to promote future PVP patches come QoA2


Being a Lancer myself, I personally do not see the struggles that many classes face with our current que system. I can not guarantee Conviction will give you instant ques (like I am very fortunate to get as a tank) but I know the more end game players in one guild, the better the chances of us having the necessary components to successfully create a party and get in those instances quicker. This will also help get everyone ready for hard mode dungeons.

This sense of belonging and unified purpose is what sets guilds apart from other guilds and makes the game stay enjoyable. Talking to other players I have partied with (even cross server) not in Conviction, the end game content in their guilds is non existent and takes away from everything they are currently wanting from Tera. If you have these same feelings I urge you to attempt to make a change and unify your guilds or find a home that will try and accomplish what you are looking for.

We are a small server by comparison and with games like D3 being spotlighted, and many other games in development, as a community, we can not afford to let the game get stale.

Yeah, I can not wait until they add the PVP vanarchs to the game. Gonna be awesome to see some of the lower member guilds get a chance to shine and show off their abilities.

We are still recruiting lvl 50+ If you are looking for a very active endgame guild, we typically have atleast 2 groups running fane and BT nightly till late (2am-3am est) We also have around 30-40 people on after 7pm est. So getting help from others do that rush to 60 is a pretty easy task.
