Let's give credit where its due- the screenshots were taken by Damon of Eminence and he wasn't anonymous about it on the blightwood.com community forums. Eminence was just providing fruit for the grapevine since the original post on the blightwood.com forums.

Speaking here as a member of crux Black.

It's unfortunate to hear that we've developed a bad rap within the Blightwood community. Whenever possible we try to be helpful and fun when we're out and about. Are there any specific criticisms I that you could point out for me? If one of the players in my guild has been less than enjoyable to work with I would like to know so I can pass the news along to upper management. TERA is; I think, and excellent game, and will only survive if we as a community can work together towards a common goal, what's more I would prefer to see Crux be a productive part of that community rather than a hindrance. I'm scared to say these words on the internet, but: Go ahead, be honest.

As for what went down between Spartacus and Damon... well, I can't honestly speak to that. I'm only a Recruit in Crux Black, so the officers don't really tell me what's going on. :P That said, the conversation above really sounds to me like politics as usual. Perhaps it's because I'm a news junkie, but hearing things like "Senator X agreed to vote for the 2013 Budget only if $100,000 could be set aside for a new bridge in his district." One doesn't get what one wants in these situations without outside cooperation, which it sounded to me like Spartacus was asking for. Of course everyone will read the above post and see what they care to see, I'm just stating what I saw.

Finally there is this: People are who they are, this game is still relatively brand new (For most of us, anyway). There will always be conflicting personalities within a guild and within a server. We're all going to have to learn to get along (Except for Equinoxx. ;) I just want to put this out there, we in crux Black want to be a positive, productive part of the Blightwood community, so if you ever need a hand feel free to ask, we'll be happy to help.

While I honestly don't remember the names of the offenders I can tell you on more than one occasion I have been waiting for a mob to spawn (in before switch channels) and had members from Crux steal the kill and when confronted they in tern act like douche canoes. Which doesn't bother me greatly, you have just asked for info on people being tool sheds and I am telling that they are. Also I have had an insane amount of difficulty Tanking/Healing instances with Crux members. Generally they think they can handle it (and can't of course) and I either can't hold aggro from an entire dungeon full of mobs or I can't heal through it, and guess what happens, I get blamed.

As a result I generally kick Crux players before we even get started in the dungeon. I don't like replacing 3-4 crystals per run due to their lack of maturity and respect for other players. I have asked nicely too many times to even bother asking again when the result of MY politeness is stfu newb L2Tank/Heal. I am a Lancer my queues are instant, either make it a successful dungeon run or enjoy your hour plus queue, again.

So to this I say, screw Crux and any guild with Crux in the title. If I were you I would get out while the getting is good.

Pretty much agree with Venithrax. Stalkholm, you seem like a nice guy so i'll tell you what the problem is with Crux. It's Spartacus. He tried to get votes from everyone in the 1st/2nd pages of guilds with empty promises, promises that would've been impossible to keep. He contacted me and after 5 minutes, he told me that I wasn't very good "at this", meaning politics. Basically saying that I should accept his offer because it was obviously a great deal! He's pushy, unrespectful and cannot be trusted.

Like Venithrax said, leave before the boat sinks/your toon's reputation gets squashed, or, elect a new Guild Master for Crux main guild.
