Well if it makes any difference- by looking at the other boards, they seem to be cluttered with guild recruitment posts. I have faith that we'll have some more guilds rolling here within the first few days of open beta along with those who've listed themselves on the first thread ( P.S. thanks to firerunner for creating that!).
also remember that blightwood was not one of the closed beta servers. I'm going to take a bet that alot of those who played closed beta stuck to the servers they played on; hence Arachnaea, Serpentis Isle, Dragonfall, Valley of Titans, and Jagged Coast blowing up population wise. As for basilisk craig its the other pvp server so of course it will have high numbers.
I wouldn't mind seeing some more activity, but not much to expect at the moment. Over all- too early to make any hasty judgements and things will pick up over the course of the week.

It's nice and peaceful here. I'm sure the majority of the threads at this point are mostly pre-order folks. Once we get into launch and the servers become more balanced we'll get more players. So far it seems like we have a good mature community building and that suits me just fine.

Well, I just made my toon on this server.

The beta servers will always have more population at the start, and may even hold their high population over non-beta servers. But, lets not forget this game is very new and many people are not in open beta. Also, not everyone posts on these boards. I know at least eight people who are playing this game and they don't post on these boards.
Lets hope for less BS and better community on Blightwood!
