EVERY MMO I play- I play alone. I don't make friends, I don't join guilds, and I tend to keep to myself. I often offer help, advice, and sometimes coin where it is needed. Most of the time I am to myself. I struggle a bit in regards to social interaction and interpersonal relationships for my own reasons. So I often play alone. Tera is a new game with a lot of new things for me, and I wouldn't mind attempting to move a little out of my comfort zone. I hear often that MMOs are meant to be played with others, though I find guilds to be either too smoothering, demanding, or unable to understand my needs.

I'm a very private and personal person and often don't have much to say. So I tend to keep to myself, which has earned me the boot on many guilds. So I just play to myself. With that being said though, I enjoy RP. Before the incident that made me this way I have played D&D for 15 years, and I have been DMing for ten of those years. I used to RP on Wyrmrest Accord in WoW as well. Though strictly as wallflower to the events that were already happening. Basically what I am looking for is an RP guild with a friendly, understanding, and mature atmosphere. I grow tired of hearing "fart jokes" and "memes" very fast. I struggle to relate to others. Yet I adore RP and MMOs so much!

A guild who takes me on and understands my needs will have me permanently. I'm to myself, I don't care for drama nor get involved in it. I tend not leave a guild once I am in them. I tend to dedicate a lot to the guild in my own subtle way.

Though I'm the guild leader I would need to talk to the others individually to make sure they understand your situation and remain respectful of it. I got a lovely message from Shuwze in my inbox and it showed a great level of understanding. In a way I want to break my mold and become an intregal part as well. I'm just not sure how long I will take to be that way. I usually keep my personal stuff to myself, but I do give heads up if there are things up. I don't like burdening people with my stuff. It's outrageous to begin with and I have support works and stuff I can vent to. No person seeking to enjoy a game and just have fun should have to listen to it. So I basically go in and out in regards to social. One day I might be super social, while other days I might just watch what people say and keep to myself.

My character on the otherhand is my absolute opposite. She is loud, obnoxious, blunt, and impuslive. She's the proverbial self-centered brat, and lazy to boot. She is everything I am not.

And Shuwze was my first member. Actually, the first person on my friends list even. Get as involved as you like at the pace you like. Ideally people will invite you to things without pressuring you, and not stop inviting you other times if you say no more often than not. That way you're never excluded, never forced.

That is awesome Gwynnithe. I feel people can get rather defeatest about me since I decline often at first. Thanks to both of you for your understanding. I read the site and definitely like what I see. I am eager to get into the headstart so that I may make my character perfect.

That is interesting that they're similar. They might get along very well~ Two peas in a pod of sorts.
