Love the guide, and i love that ya mentioned me and taka ^.^
Two things I think you should add however:

1. The Fimbrilisk boss loves to spam that running leap of doom and then the rebound. This of course kills a WAVE of people. Thus dropping dps and rewards due to time raising the dead. The best way to handle this (which was tested and worked wonderfully this Sunday morning where the nexus group was much smaller) is to have all the DPS and healers on his sides, nobody at his back, and ALL the tanks grouped together on one side. Doing this will keep casualties to a minimum and you can kill the Fim rather quickly and painlessly.

2. People that leach nexus by just standing around and soaking up the rep while doing nothing....for one this is a jerk move, but this also lowers the rewards for EVERYONE including them! One, that is less people actively taking down monsters and the boss, but also the boss gains more HP and power based on how many people are there. So if you are there just soaking up the nexus rep, you are only slowing everyone down including yourself
