Yes, I am. I spent a while lagged out in game before closing the client and reopening it, the Server Selection list states that I am unable to connect to Celestial Hills, and yet I can connect to the other, less important servers.

All the servers are down. You can tell at the bottom, where it now says server status coming soon, instead of being clickable.
