The Civilian Brigade is a program that the Federation set up to aid those who have been effected by the war. They give shelter, food, money, jobs and teach skills in exchange for service. Be it physical soldiers, magic users or healers. We harbor people from all walks of life. Both war-torn, and those seeking to aid the war-torn are welcome. One man CAN make a difference!

((The Civilian Brigade is a Heavy RP guild who's theme is just that, Civilians who had no where else to turn but the Federation. Their ideals may not be 100% "FOR THE FEDERATION!", as most of the members here had no other choice but to sign up. Some were conscripted and forced to take up arms. Some became homeless due to Argon attacks on villages and had no where else to go. Some are grizzled war veterans that keep getting called back because they are "too valuable of an asset".
We have left the theme tight enough for you to feel that it should allow growth or enhancement to your character's RP, but loose enough to where you shouldn't feel like you have to alter your character's background or style of RP'ing to join. Which is what we ultimately want. We also require a small IC interview before acceptance into the guild. In prior guilds both in this game and games before this, I seen guilds claiming to be Heavy RP, but then they just invite anyone willy-nilly. The result of that is a bunch of wishy-washy, "sometimes I like to RP sometimes I don't", and light - no RP characters that enjoy spending more of their time OOC spewing memes than IC. We are trying to avoid that here and, though it is unfortunate, we have turned away people that we feel are not ready for Heavy RP. Though please understand, we are far... VERY VERY FAR from being RP snobs or anything like that. (See the first few sentences about us wanting to leave the theme open to your character). We just like to pride ourselves in being a "TRUE Heavy RP Guild".
