A sharply dressed messenger runs towards you in the distance. Upon reaching you, he quickly pulls out a scroll and hands it to you, before bowing and quickly leaving the scene. You look at the scroll baring a wax emblem of a sun with two letter "E"s probably refering to "Empyrean Embassy." You carefully pull the wax and unravel the scroll, and you begin reading...
