WHO WE ARE
Kash'Ara is an organization made up (mostly) of Castanics that operate under their own goals and inclinations (known only to a select few). Castanics are obviously the preferred race of the guild and was once upon a time ran only by Castanics. However, as the numbers of the race started to decline, Kash'Ara decided to allow select other races in to its walls if they proven themselves ambitious, loyal and strong enough to be an asset to the guild. However, this welcoming of other races is a new and daunting thing, and presents many challenges to the all members alike. Some creatures of other races claimed to have been turned away citing to only have been shunned because they weren't Castanic. What can we say? It's a cold, cruel world out there.
WHAT WE OFFER
We can offer a unique and immersive atmosphere for our members as well as friendship and loyalty throughout our gaming time. As a new up-and-coming guild on Celestial Hills, there is a lot of room for growth and development. The guild is fresh, and the leadership will commonly ask for feedback and ideas on how to make the guild better for its players. There is also room, as a founding member, to provide this valuable feedback and become key in the success of Kash'Ara. Influential members will likely have an easier time growing in ranks within the guild.
1. Divisions. We have set up divisions inside our guild that work like little mini-guilds inside the guild. There are three popular and direct ways that Kash'Ara works and fends for its own, and this is by influence, gold and procurement. Kash'Ara has almost a business-like structure in where there are managers, assistant managers, etc. for any of the departments you may find yourself in. We believe these divisions will make the dynamic of the guild more unique and immersive as far as gameplay, and there will be times that only one division is on a certain mission, or two. Or the guild as a whole to complete an assignment or goal.
2. Games. These segregated divisions also leave room for contests and competitions within the guild. Istairi has a compulsion to turn many things in to a game or sport, and coincidentally, so does her player. Our contests and games will be both IC or OOC, depending on the event, celebration, etc. and there are a lot planned to come down the line. Some of these activities will be open to all roleplayers, alike.
3. Growth. We've talked about divisions a lot, and as another key point to having these, we will also have a lot of room for more unique roles within the guild. There is more room for officers, specialists, and other misc. titles and responsibilities within Kash'Ara than there is in most other guilds that have the usual structure of [Leader] [Officers] [Members].
Each division will have a "head" of that division separate from the guild leader, and under this head will be its own officers, etc. Outside of any of the divisions, the guild leader needs her own crew to operate and, as such, has separate officers with separate responsibilities. While the structure and hierarchy is mostly traditional as far as OOC requirements, these slightly different paths and headings will give each character more uniqueness to his/her responsibilities than most.
We hope this adds more immersion and creativity around the story line and daily roleplay life of a character, and adds more opportunity to the players that love responsibility and challenge in their roleplay.
4. Venues. Kash'Ara plans to have at least one - if not two - in character venues for public consumption shortly after game launch for roleplayers to actively participate in. If you're reading this page, and all-in-all decide that Kash'Ara may not be right for your character, but you like what we're about, the goods news is our venues will also be open to characters of other guilds for staff positions for characters that want more out of their lives, and want to work, if necessary.
5. Atmosphere. We know you have real lives. We do too. You will never feel pressured to participate in something, even in the smallest capacity. There are times when we all just feel like logging on and mindlessly harvesting. Or, we'll sometimes log on and not RP at all - we will sit in the OOC channel and pretend our character isn't there though we obviously hope this doesn't become standard. The atmosphere of Kash'Ara is very casual and friendly to those players that work, go to school, have children and families, or other responsibilities. You will never need to live in fear, stress, and pressure of saying "no" to a guild event.
6. Professionalism. The leadership of Kash'Ara has lead successful RP guilds across multiple platforms of gaming. While no one is perfect, and we are still human, we do have a wide range of experience with many situations under our belts and will do our absolute best to promote a positive gameplay experience for all of our players.
Kash'Ara is not for the faint of heart. While we are still a casual guild because we all have real lives and full time jobs, there is a fair amount of knowledge to process initially. We're sure all the ranks and "procedures" will become second nature after a time, and you'll have your guild mates to guide and support you, always.

While buzz has been feeding about Kash'Ara, common lies and rumors seem to also spread parallel on the tongue with the various truths. Some common rumors that fall from the lips of gossips include, but are not limited to:
- The guild leader is terrified of Elin or finds them distressing and therefore will not let any inside the walls.
- The guild has embraced Lakan's promises and plots to restore Clan Castanic to the devas.
- Kash'Ara has its fingers in nearly every political pool across the land in some fashion or another.
- Fridays are nacho day.
