Hello Celestial Hills, I am the guild leader of a small band of players currently seeking some more for hard mode content. I play an archer and we have a pair of tanks. I am looking to create a static 5 man group for farming fanesteel and temple bindings and so forth. I currently have all of the trade skills at 410 and some of the patterns thus far for dream keeper pieces. Perhaps get some alts going along the way to mix up the farming experience, between our tank and myself we have all classes at 60 so far, aside from my level 55 sorcerer, which I dislike and haven’t had the spare time to finish, so we can accommodate different group configurations and whatnot. We are hoping to gather a small group of players that can remain tight knit and have sufficient attendance to accomplish our goals without needing 700 people in the guild.
What we are looking for:
I would like to find a mystic, (we have priest alts that can buff us from outside of the group if need-be) and a couple of dps (perhaps a warrior and a sorcerer or something along those lines), to round out our group. I would like to find mature players that are willing to learn and be part of a team, meaning that they can be relied on to show up to get runs done, and have good attitudes, preferably people that have end-game progression experience and bring that sort of mindset to the party rather than giving up if we don't meet a DPS check or something along those lines. Would like to pick up some characters with +7-9 sleeper equipment but if you have the right fit in our group and can provide solid attendance this is not an absolute necessity.
A bit about us:
We are a group of friends that have been playing MMOs together for nearly 15 years now, we are adults, either professionals or students, and are respectful of other players; despite a history of excellence in MMO end-game content.
We were part of a top 10 guild in Everquest for a number of years, starting in vanilla; had many maxed level characters and a good deal of raiding experience in FFXI; numerous other random achievements such as realm first leveling and things of that nature in other games, such as rift, and also numerous realm first achievements, membership or leadership positions in top guilds, top dps parses etc in the World of Warcraft.
These sorts of accomplishments are obviously not unique among the player base but the fact that we manage to perform at a high level and be humble about it is something that I have found, from my personal experience, to be rather uncommon; the point here is not to boast but rather to indicate the sorts of goals we have in Tera and the attitudes with which we intend to pursue them.
