Who We Are
We are a new med-heavy RP guild on the Celestial Hills server on TERA. Our purpose is to provide a home for in game and forum RPers of all types. In game we are a company of problem solvers. No job to difficult or to trivial. The Arete is located in a small, run down office building in on the back streets of Velika. Here our members can congregate in the common room, kitchen, and offices. Members have free rein to use the facilities as they see fit. Arete takes on contracts of all types so here you can find employment if you are a scholar, scoundrel, or soldier. We are problem solvers, any job is done with the utmost professionalism and ability. No matter what your specialties, The Arete can put you to work.
OOC: We are a med/heavy RP guild with a wish to allow personal freedom in RP. We are a small group of friends that have decided to create a guild that provides a structure to be built on. The Arete accepts all types and allows them to craft their story as they please without any major restrictions, while allowing a good reason for everyone to come together for a common purpose. No matter their character or personal background.

Q. Do I have to RP to be a member?
A. Yes, not all the time but you are expected to try to participate.
Q. What if I'm new to RP?
A. Come on over we love new RPers and are here to help.
Q. Are there any restrictions on what type of character I play?
A. As long as you fit with TERA lore there are no restrictions.
Q. What about my ALTs?
A. Bring them, we don't mind at all.
Q. Are you guys doing any Events or Story-lines?
A. Yes! Just waiting on you
Q. Is Guild Chat IC or OOC?
A. OOC, we prefer face to face RP.
Q. How big do you plan to get member numbers wise?
A. We don't have specific plans but we don't want our members to get lost in the crowd.
