Legion Anthem
For the past several centuries, since the founding of Velika, the Legions of the Black Phoenix -- the personal military force of House Crasus -- have served the nation and Federation with dedication, loyalty and righteousness.
They have stood before all evils and weathered them as the immovable rock that they are, and when crisis struck them, they have risen again and again from the ashes; true embodiments of their namesake.

Now, finally turning their forces away from their centuries-long dedication to the heartland, the Legions -- under their Prince and Lord Commander, Markaeus Titus Crasus VII -- march forth to the far, thunderous north of Shara; to the distant and war-stricken land of Val Kaeli, in the fledgling settlement of Kanstria.
Here, the Legions will set up their garrison, supplies, war machines. Here, they shall ensure the safety and defence of the Federation from the Argon menace.

Here, amidst a land of darkness of storms, the Legions of the Black Phoenix call forth for support, from the brave and the bold.

For the Glory of the Valkyon Federation, we stand as one, for the safety of Arborea! Let no Argon stand, while the Legions' banner flies!

No doubt the question many of you face is this: Why Markaeus, and why does he deserve it?
Well, I'll be honest with you. My intentions for Val Kaeli are easy, simple and effective.
1. The establishment of an active, front-lines RP hub for all levels (1 - 60) to come to and see the war for themselves, to experience the darker side of TERA, and find themselves face to face with the horror of the Argons. We will be offering escorts into Argonean territory for researchers, providing protection for academics and strategists and providing martial aid to any forces that require it. We will be setting up a tangible and functional military base, so that all may come and see first hand the true face of Military themed RP.
2. To maintain a stable and wholesome territory for the betterment of you, the players. Ensuring all shops remain open, all taxes are kept to the lowest possible, so as to guarantee affordability of purchasable goods and to guarantee to you, the people, that we will always provide a fair and friendly Province within which to shop and find your goods.
3. Catering equally to Roleplayers and end game players, not simply one or the other. We understand that many players at end game may not be roleplayers, and we cater to those individuals. Roleplay events will not be hosted in such a manner as to disrupt the pleasure of raiders, nor will it come between them and their duties. Similarly, roleplayers shall never have to fear griefers nor trolls in Val Kaeli, for the legion will take every precaution to see that such individuals -- after they prove themelves to be such -- are firmly dismissed from the area.
