I don't mean to be a burden, but are any guild leaders having trouble registering, in spite of meeting all of the requirements?

I thought that it might be helpful to bring this to public attention if there are more than one, which I am fairly certain there are.

Although all lights are green, the correct provinces have been selected in order, hitting the go ahead button just... does nothing. The 3k gold is not removed, nor are the 100 marks. It simply pretends that nothing has happened.

There is a 200 character limit in which the registrar fails to notify you.

Make sure you are under 200 characters in the "description" portion of the application.

That may just be it - I thank you kindly if this solves the problem.

The issue that I had was that I wasn't allowed to put any words into the statement at all. When I applied after clearing the box it let me apply without a statement entirely. I had to contact a GM to even see if I could be allowed to set a statement and I haven't back from them yet.
