We the Wielders have come together from many walks of life for one purpose: to preserve life on Arborea by whatever means necessary. For us, that means more than just fighting monsters. We reach deeper, into the fabric of the very Dream itself, to ascertain what path we must take to the future. We defy any Gods who would rule it, Argons who would destroy it, or petty tyrants who would corrupt it.

The Federation and the Mysterium may be well-intentioned, but have shown that they cannot take the hard measures and ask the hard questions. Nor can they even tolerate those who dare. Yet we dare, for dare we must.

This is the Age of Mortals, where we must forge our own destiny, yet we still remain dependent on the Gods who protect us and the Titans who dream us into existence. The nations of the world are wandering like sheep without a shepherd. Many powerful people seek to become that shepherd; that is the wrong approach. The people do not need a shepherd; they need to stop being sheep.

Our fight is a burden that we can no longer carry ourselves. After years of facing down the slowly spreading corruption by ourselves, and unknown to those we fight for, we now search for others to fight alongside us. The fight is not for everyone, but is rewarding for those who receive and answer the call.

The Wielder Saga so far comprises of The Castle, Road to Oblivion, Identity of the Heart, and Those Who Fight Monsters, with a fifth book in progress titled Freedom Through Vengeance.

Wielders of the Dream now has an official IC identity, so we are now classifying ourselves as Medium RP. IC, we are a secretive group of individuals who dig deeper to uncover truths about this world and threats to it so that they may be addressed before anyone else knows about them. This is the legacy we have built on our activities in The Castle and on the Road to Oblivion. The Mysterium and the Federation do not learn of the things we do, for if they did they would seek to control us. Our modus operandi, exemplified in "Those Who Fight Monsters," could be compared to that of "The Men in Black" or even "The Magnificent Seven:" we go where the fight is, win at any cost, and are gone before anyone can remember we were there.

Kuawen and I are the people to contact with any questions. While we each have a full 8-character roster in CH server, our mains and first-alts (the characters you'll see us on ingame most often) are the following:
Alyssa - castanic female slayer (Kuawen's main)
Minna - castanic female sorcerer (Kuawen's first alt)
Tev - elf male sorcerer (Rockman1138's main)
Rihl - aman female warrior (Rockman1138's first alt)

We are not looking to grow very large, nor to be a political force, so the kind of people we are looking for will be decided on a somewhat subjective basis: who we would like to RP and PVE with. So we will probably ask to do some of both with you if you are interested in us. We would be more than willing to work with people who may not be as experienced in either RP or PVE.
In terms of what kinds of RP we accept, the standards are tied mainly to being consistent with TERA lore. That doesn't mean that if you're an elf you have to be a racist or if you're a baraka you have to be bookish; we believe that sentient beings can be just about anything they choose to be. The game lore has already given examples of all different kinds of variance on behavioral norms.

Members are not expected to contribute to book-length RP stories like the ones we've written. The ones we've mentioned were done before the game came out; now we're too busy playing the game to write like we used to anyway. Still, if you think you would like to be part of something like that, we would love to bring in more authors.

It's been a while since any of us were active, but I am proud at this time to confirm that we have returned to Active status and are interested in growing with the Celestial Hills RP community again.

We are hosting the Whodunit Murder Mystery event on Thursday, August 30 to give some insight on who we are and the kind of stories we like to tell. Come check it out for a chance to win 500g.

We do actual gameplay, too, having 4 members at or near the level cap and alt characters spread across all levels to do just about any ingame quest with anyone who would like to get to know us.
