If they're restarting, when are they expected to be back?

Having same problem. Server restart for them prob means it will be down for 3 hours..... after all 7 hours of maint turned into 13 hours of downtime.

/sigh.....was just at last step of my character creation too.

Quite annoying I must say, I want to play some Tera =(
