When did I ever mention any names? I don't recall that anyone in the AZA ever mentioned names either, and we certainly haven't bad mouthed anyone. Sounds like you're being really sensitive about something you claim not to be? If you're not a zerg guild, then you're not. They know who they are, and they know what tactics they use to get what they want. If that's not your guild, then fine. The number isn't the problem. One of our AZA members has almost 300 guildies. But they didn't get them by spam recruiting. And as for the argument about not having to recruit on the forums, well of course you wouldn't need to if you were capped out by the end of OBT. That's common sense. Our guilds don't have to pug, we're helpful and we don't "kick people on the spot." Quite the contrary. So it sounds like your guild has a lot of similar ideals to ours, so why would you think you're a zerg guild and that we're talking about you?
Some of you guys are being awfully sensitive about things that don't seem to concern you. And no one is insulting, or mud-slinging in the AZA. We're simply stating who we are and what we oppose. Now stop trolling and bring something relevant to the discussion or go away. Simple as that.
Really, because that's not what I've been seeing in Area/LFG and the other public chat channels all week. Your alliance has been systematically attacking specific guilds, guilds which have not and will not resort to stooping to your level. As for your interpretation of zerg guild and how it pertains to Terable, you do realize that most if not all guilds that originate on SA tend to only recruit from the forum unless it's a person of high caliber that can be vouched for by multiple players, say over the course of leveling or multiple instance runs...right? You do know who you've been badmouthing here?
This is just getting dumber by the page. You can say you're not attacking specific guilds here, but your actions suggest otherwise and the writing's on the wall for anyone who's been paying attention.
I have expressly told my guildies that they are NEVER to troll people, in guild chat or otherwise. As for the members of the AZA outside my guild, I certainly hope they wouldn't act like that. So if they have, I would like some names. Jellad, my Co-GM, is the current elected leader of the AZA and he will act accordingly. That kind of behavior won't be tolerated.

Challenging your opponents tactics and disagreeing with the way they do things is how politics works. Sorry, I missed the previous post. As I stated above, I am not going to badmouth anyone or slam guild names or GMs. The guilds who are zerging know who they are, they use the mass recruiting tactics I speak of, and they've spent plenty of time talking in Area chat about the tactics they're going to use when they are elected. OF COURSE they're not going to say those things in their campaign info, because if they did, who would vote for them? That you can't see that coming is laughable.
I'm sorry but I have to call your bluff. Can please you name a zerg guild in Tera and cite an example that you have seen in action? Because I'm trouble imagining it outside of an open PVP server.
Also if there are zerg guilds, why are they an objectively bad thing? I don't get it.
There's a difference between disagreeing with the way someone does things, which is disingenuous in and of itself because you have absolutely no idea how these people will dictate policy in the first place, and making up baseless accusations about them to spread around in public channels.
Your comments regarding the sensitivity of certain posters in this thread are unnecessary and somewhat tiresome, as an aside.
You can call my "bluff" all you like, but I'm not going to stoop to that level and then be accused of doing what I just EXPRESSLY said I don't do. Every single one of you knows exactly what a zerg guild is and who they are, so acting like you don't know and trying to goad me into going against my principles is not going to work. THAT is dirty politics.
I can see exactly what's happening here. "Me thinks thou doth protest too much." If you are so offended by what I wrote, then maybe it's because your guild is doing what we're objecting to, or maybe you're just trolling for fun. But just because we object to zerg tactics doesn't make them "wrong". As we have discussed many times in our alliance meetings, this is a game of politics. It's about winning the election. Some people will use unsavory tactics to win and others won't. We have pledged not to use unsavory tactics, but that doesn't mean the people who do use them are doing anything wrong, they're just doing it differently. Consider one side Democrat and one side Republican just for the sake of argument. Neither one is WRONG, they're just different and your own personal views determine which side you pick.
The purpose of this thread has been pulled entirely off track by people trying to goad us into doing or saying something wrong so that they look good and we look bad. I've explained several times that we don't agree with badmouthing ANYONE, we let those people harm themselves, as they have done many times through their words and actions. If you missed them making comments about how they were going to trick everyone, then win and then jack up prices and "roll in the dough" then fine, you missed it. Read the campaign speeches, watch area chat carefully, and decide from there. But I'm not going to name any names. We won't stoop to that. If you don't believe that, that's fine, you don't have to. But I challenge you to find one single person who can name anyone in my guild who ever bad-mouthed anyone behind their back, kicked anyone for no reason, or trolled in chat. If I find out someone has, I will deal with it accordingly.
