Launch Server: Dragonfall PvE
Current Member Base: 300 (full, will need to remove inactive for invites)
Currently recruiting: All classes (archer, berserker and lancer demands are high)
Currently we are looking for members who are looking to do all level 60 contents and hard mode. We have approximately 10 different 5-man hard mode groups. We are looking for more HM groups and players who are interested in HM.
Raid (20 man) will likely start this august with the Queen of Argon Patch. We are also arranging for that, please read raid info.
About Passion
Passion is a competitive hardcore PvE end-game progression orientated guild that is built from ground up by experienced guild leaders. To insure that you have the best experience in game, we want to recruit like-minded people to join us and prosper together!
Our player base are mostly from the United State that spans from the West coast to the East coast, we try to have our raid time when its neither too early nor too late for both sides. Our estimate main progression raid times will start on Monday-Thursday, from 7PM Pacific Standard Time to 10PM Pacific Standard Time (10-1 EST)
We have a solid core, and we are looking to greatly expand our member base. We are looking for likeminded player to join us and have fun while progressing together toward a goal, if this is you, join us.
i.e. after the Requirement section, a tl;dr version is provided at the end for those of you who do not read quest texts like me. (But if you are applying for a raiding/progression position, you better not skip this)

18+ We will consider slightly younger players on skill based and interview based results
Uses VoIP communication-Mumble (Required for main raiding team, not required for social/casual guild mates)
Goal Orientated (Required for main raiding team, not required for social/casual guild mates)
Uses forum (Required for main raiding team, not required for social/casual guild mates)
Sense of Humor (we are hardcore players but not elitist jerks!)

The Passionate: Great passion, greater effort. We hold great passion for games we play. Time will be dedicated, and effort spent. If you are like minded, seek us out.

If you are a selfish little loot-gobbler, you do not belong here. If you want your friends, and your team to benefit and grow as a whole before your own personal gains, join us.
The Chivalry: Protect the innocent, help the weak. Although we are on a PvE server, we want members that are not griefers. Don’t be a carebear, but at the same time, do not cause trouble for other players; and lend a helping hand when you can.
The Proud: The world, we shall rule, with sense, we shall guide. We also like people who like to be a part of a greater community. Participate in world events, and especially provincial/Vanarchy elections. If you like forums, guides, websites, and media, you belong here.
The Mature: With age comes wisdom. We want player who are mature and will not stir up drama. If you understand what this means, you are welcome to our guild.
The Humorous: Cool story bro! Everyone needs a little humor in life; some of us need over 9000 of them. So if you are depring around, we have quite a bit of le derpinas. Provided that you don’t annoy others, all humorous derps and derpinas are welcome.
The Leadership:
Passion will be led by gamers with many years of gaming experience, ranging from top 100 world raiding guilds in WoW to the CEO of large corporations in the complex game of EVE online. Our leaders and officers are mature and team orientated players that want to insure you have the best gaming experience possible when playing TERA online.
Guild Structure:
Yes we are a hardcore progression guild, but at the same time we want your semi-hardcore and casual friends to join us too. Therefore, this guild will have multiple progression teams each with their own leader and system in place.
Main Team-Hard Core Raid Progression: 4-6 days a week
We are looking at 4 days progression content right now with possible option of 6 days, depending on how the TERA progression system works.
We will most likely do progression content Monday-Thursday, have the weekend off, come back and do it again
Semi-Hard Core Progression Team: 2-4 days a week
Most likely weekend raid teams, weekday 2 days progression, and late night/early morning weekday raid teams.
Casual/Social: Welcome on the guild as social invite.
Political Conquest
Want some special perks? A white horse? Want to choose which specialty vendor to have in a region? Join our guild and become a part of the guild that will actively bid for the Vanarch Position.
Our Leaders and Officers have designed the guild to be muti-layered structure with different teams catering to different player base due to the political system in TERA.
We want as many players with us as possible, while we realize this will make it hard to manage on the officers part, it is part of what it takes to become a Vanarch and own a zone. If you like the sound of that, join us in forces!
