Event Details:
The joint alliance of Vanarchs is hosting a Vanarch sponsored event to give back to the community. We have made the promises, now it’s the time that we live up to those promises. The joint alliances of Vanarchs bring to you the biggest event this Vanarch Season!
The main event this season is a 5v5 PVP Team Death Match Tournament (No worries, your character will not actually die during TDM Tournament). The event will take place in the outskirts of the beautiful city of Velika.
Dragonfall is a PvE server and we have been running instances day in and day out... PVE-ing while waiting for En Masse to release battlegrounds, GvG, and RvR. Some of us are waiting for some form of organized PvP, the wait is over!
Gather your teams, train your skills, sharpen up your weapons, and polish your armors; it is time to ride into combat with your friends!
Participation Ticket Price: 500 gold per team. Submission to organizers during registration period. The Registration Fee will be used as prize money and funding for next events!
Tournament Format:
General Session
Double Elimination until Semi Final of 8 teams
During double elimination rounds, a team will be eliminated if they lose two rounds to the same tier level of teams.
All teams will start at Tier 1, and will move up a Tier by winning 2 rounds.
Semi-Finals
Best 2 out of 3 Until Finals of 4 Team
Team 1 vs Team 2
Team 3 vs Team 4
Finals
Best 3 out of 5 for the Finalist
Semi-Final Winner 1 vs Semi-Final Winner 2; For 1st and 2nd place
Semi-Finalist 1 vs Semi-Finalist 2; for 3rd place.
Restrictions: Participants are only allowed to use Tier 12 weapons and armors, not Tier 13 weapons and armors to balance the tournament. Organizers will like to keep this tournament as skill based as possible and least gear based as possible.
Participants are not allowed to use charms, potions, scrolls, and or other related consumable items during matches.
Participants are allowed to use racial skills as they see fit, but will not be allowed to delay matches due to racial skills recharging. (I.E. against tougher opponents you may choose to use your racial, but may not be able to use it again if you get in trouble later)
T12 PVP Gear (Nexus Gear) will be allowed. The event organizers feel that while most players on the server do not have access to T13 gears yet, the mass player population do have access to T12 Nexus gear. Feel free to discuss this more here on the thread though.
Participating teams are allowed a maximum of 2 duplicate classes (i.e. only 2 archers, or 2 warriors, 3 or more of the same class on a team is not allowed)
Teams are allowed up to 1 substitute player that will sign-up with the team at the registration period of the event.
In the event of AFK players, a team is allowed up to 5 minutes of waiting time before that team is automatically declared the loser, the team may also choose to have the match without their AFK player.
Disclaimer: Organizers reserve the rights to refuse entry to anyone. Organizers reserve the power of interpretation (an En Masse one ups the organizer in terms of power of interpretation). By participating in the event, you agree to follow the rules set forth by the Organizers and En Masse Entertainment. You agree to indemnify and hold harmless of all the RAGEEEEEEEE this tournament might cause to you or other participants. All participants agree to release the right of their character’s image and video to the event organizer (you released this to En Masse Entertainment anyways)

Side Event: Velika Scavenger Hunt
The Side event is for all players to enjoy. This event is free! This event starts at 3:00PM Pacific Standard Time in Freedom Plaza
The Prize money is 1000 gold for the 3 winning players!
On the day of the TDM Tournament, we will also be hosting a scavenger hunt in the Velika Area for lower levels. All participants will be given clues as to where to find an event organizer, the event organizer will then give you clue that leads you to find the next organizer, and so-on. Until 3 players have reached the final treasure organizer.
Upon reaching the final treasure organizer, the first 3 players will be given 1,000 gold in prize money each. This event is free and open to all levels!
