I wonder why I haven't received this. But none of my friends are planning to play, so I guess it doesn't matter.

I never get any of these extra codes that they give out, even though I pre-ordered forever ago. Still get other emails from them just fine, just not these.

if you haven't received anything, go to the live chat with a GM and ask them to verify a few things.

they are more then willing to help with this stuff.
