I plan on taxing the top 1% of the server and giving all the money to the people on Newb island who can't quest.

I plan on running myself, Sheskaa, although I'm not sure what province.
Plan on making the zone active and and as lively as possible; opening vendors, creating events, etc. I'm very interested in the politics system and it seems like a great way to keep the game interesting for everyone.

I absolutely love the idea of this thread, but would like to add one small thing, and that would be to add what guild you lead.
Rise here. Or Riestte as some people know me by. Planning on going for Ostgarath so that I can get some stockings out there on Pleasure Street. Lead Pantiless Stocking Teases, so I think I'm more than equipped for the job.

The Conspirators will be running for one of them, it will probably be myself as Hidden running unless we decide to have another in the guild do it. We are still undecided on what are to run for at the time being. The Conspirators, will be in the running though.

Please don't display ignorance without doing research first. While my guild was the first guild on the server, it's everything but a zerg guild. Other than the first few hours of the server, there has been no area chat, or spam invite recruiting involved for my guild. It's stayed steady strong at about 150 members since the servers conception, and I don't have too many plans to go much bigger.
I'm rather insulted you'd lump me in with those zerg guilds, considering I frequently combat them because I'm just as disgusted with them as I am with the guilds that focus entirely on ganking leveling players by huge margins.

Awaken from [Nightmare] here, running for Vanarch, will actively take suggestions for what to do with my province from people not only in my guild, but in other guilds that wish to ally with us and see eye to eye with us.

My guild killed a cpl of your guildies yesterday after 2 of your members tried ganking our guilds lowest lvl (55). Guess your guildies just do what you dispise, but you wouldn't know bc of the zerg numbers. GG and GD
