The next tournament is here! This will mark the first tournament of SEASON ONE circuit and from here on out a point system will be in place for ranking in the top 3 teams of each tournament!
These tournaments are designed to stimulate and organize a private competitive circuit. Run by officers in [ok lews] the tournament series will consist of a monthly 3v3 and a monthly 5v5. We will keep everything smooth and fun to maximize the enjoyment factor! We've already hosted one tournament and it went flawlessly. We will have plenty more with your support!

Rules/Guidelines: (Subject to change via [ok lews] officers. We will be monitoring everything that can/will break the format and remove it in future events!)
-YOU CANNOT BE an 'OUTLAW' or be PvP Enabled when you are participating. (This is not an [ok lews] rule, you literally cannot use the death match system if you're locked in PvP)
-Teams will consist of 3 players registered with me (Contact info below) and be allowed 1 alternate for any uncontrollable problems. Subbing is allowed after each match. This person cannot be a participant from another team.
-Teams will register their name and players by name no less than 24 hours before the Tournament 'Start Time' to me in a private message in-game or on the forums! (This tournament we will be lenient with per-registering specific players due to the deadline!)
-16 team limit!
-Level 60's only!
-Single elimination bracket and best of three games. You must win two of the three matches to advance!
-Brackets will be displayed and released via our forums. (oklews.com)
-ANY BUFF AVAILABLE TO YOU IN THE GAME IS ALLOWED. Excluding: Gathering Buffs and anything else we may deem so.
-Every match will use the in-game Death-Match System available to us!
-The only time you get to buff up as a team is the 5 seconds of start time on the Death-Match System. Anything inside of that; Pots, Racials, Rebirth, and Resurrects are allowed! This means no buffing outside of the match!
-Mystics will not be allowed to throw out balls before match!
-You must not leave the team starting zone before the countdown timer on the death-match mode finishes!
-You must not leave the designated match area!
-Voice Communication is allowed! (If you need a place to do this, we have a Ventrilo everyone can use!)
-Everyone will receive priest buffs before a match. (This is an easier solution than attempting to make sure no-one has them)
A few things to note;
SINGLES BRACKET: any 60 can sign up (with me, Imsocontent) and I will pair you with 2 teammates for a 3v3 pug team! Same goes for 2 friends that need a third, I will match you with players to fit your preferred composition! (Limited to selection available, obviously) In the future we will be using our FORUM labeled "Looking For Team" for matchmaking!
A STRICT No-PKing rule is in effect that if broken, you'll be asked to leave and suspended from participating in future events for a set time determined by us. This is about respecting other players and the event. We're trying to have fun, not get meaningless GvG kills on people and risk the rest of the time on this server not being able to participate in these events. If an opponent or teammate you're facing in the death-match is in a GvG against you I ask that one of you drop guild for the remainder of your time in the event. If you can't decide between you two, I'll pick for you. Think about your actions before you do anything rash. :)
To all the spectators: If you interfere with the games you will be asked to leave and not welcomed back to future events! We love spectators but if they get in the way of what we're trying to accomplish we will find other ways for you to view the matches. The event will be streamed on http://www.twitch.tv/KAYPUD!!
Is there anything I can do to help?
YES. You can help me a ton by exposing as many people to this tournament information as possible. Either by posting feedback on what you'd like to see or any changes that you'd like us to consider! I really need help getting the word out to the people on the server. So basically if you're 60 and PvPing with other 60's or near 60's then you should PM them for me and let them know there is a TOURNAMENT with PRIZES coming up and to message "Imsocontent" (Me). I will answer ANY questions and concerns!
We appreciate your support! We can use any kind of help we can get whether it may be monetary donations (In-game or real-life), helping me set up event spots, assisting with security, or even talking about the tournament with friends to expose them to the information! Word of mouth is very powerful and we hope you'll help us out! Remember to register before Friday, June 1st to participate!
We will be making sure that everyone follows the designated guidelines and anyone that is non-compliant wont be welcomed back. This is meant to be fun and competitive, enjoy it! :) We look forward to seeing you on the battlefield and wish you good luck! If you have any questions or suggestions private message me in-game or on the forums!
If I'm an outlaw can I still come spectate?
No. I cannot stress this enough. Anyone flagged red that isn't a part of the current battle, aside from assigned 'body-guards' we have in place', will be killed on sight. Simple solution? Make an alt and level it to 11, then you can go to Velika and walk out to the tournament site! Easy! :)
