Assuming they reached lvl 60 after the official release of TERA, is a huge feat and commitment on their part. It's taking me forever just to reach lvl 30 (grid fest at it's finest). Congrats to reaching lvl 60 in such a short time!

On another note:
If the two were open/closed BETA testers before the official release, then this isn't news.

There was a level cap during OBT and Head Start, so they certainly got to 60 after release.

By definition the Open Beta Test was open. EME did not wipe OBT characters of people who have not bought the game (yet), so everyone had the same opportunity there. You shouldn't disparage others for taking advantage of the same opportunities you had and getting more results.
