There is currently not a lot of info available on how the system even works. The in-game Vanarch tab says that territories will be assigned based on rankings of candidates, so there may not be any choice of territory at all.
They also haven't told us what the restrictions on candidacy are, besides GM of a level 3 guild with 20+ members. No word on registration costs.
Caprica intends to run, but we need a lot more info before we can make any statements beyond that we will field Aenea as a candidate.
Each candidate will declare for a particular province, provide a statement of candidacy, and pay a registration fee of 100 Catharnach awards and 3,000 gold. All candidates will need to register before the election deadline, which we will announce prominently on the website and in game.
Some people in that thread kept linking a quote about being able to vote once per province, for a total of 15 votes, but that quote wasn't anywhere in the thread. The thread itself says 1 vote per server. I'm curious which way it really goes, as those are two very different things.
Interesting to note that a) you pick a province and run only in that province, and b) you can't pad votes with alts.
It's also interesting that picking your province is contrary to what it says in-game on the Vanarch screen.
"promoting our members for the elections" not sure what you mean by this exactly because only the guild leader can run for Vanarch. The guild only assists and/or backs up the guild leader in their candidacy.

I think you do know what it means because you gave the definition of my comment in your reply.
You're sure a smart one. I bet your mommy is proud of how smart you are.
I find your campaign strategy interesting.
NightVeyl points out that your original comment suggests you are planning on having more than one member run, which isn't possible.
Your response is to insult her instead of either clarifying your meaning or thanking her for correcting you if you incorrectly thought non-GMs could run.
You do know that everyone can see how you are acting, right? While you may not care about her opinion, because she is the GM of another guild and therefore competition, any random person who reads this thread will see how you treat her and judge your character based on that.
From what I see, I cannot imagine very many people would willfully choose someone who treats others that poorly to be their ruler. And while I know that you are not the GM of Blood of the Alliance, your behavior reflects on your guild as a whole.
