After learning the ropes at the Island of Dawn, citizens of Tera embark to Arcadia. It is here they run their first instance, fight against their first BAM, and form their first parties. Arcadia is sacred starting ground to the true nature of Tera. As such, Arcadia should offer levelers only the best to support their journey through Tera.
