I think im done waiting around and trying to get pugs to work for balders temple or hard modes, and while it does work out some times, I'd rather see people who actually care about progressing and actually wish to put lots of effort into clearing these dungeons.

So I wish to enlist extraordinary people who might lack the numbers or close friends in their guilds who still wish to clear these dungeons with a group of people with similar goals.

So i wish to start a static group that can get together most nights and start to learn these fights and gear up for future content, etc.

My available nights are from 10:00PM EST to 12:00PM EST from Tues-Fri and 8:00PM EST to 12:00PM EST Sat-Mon

What i wish to see from other members in this group is:
-Willing to admit fault, take criticism, and learn from it (because everyone slips every now and again, and everyone needs to learn the fights somehow)
-Willing to spend gold on consumables which may bolster chances of success or reduce wait time between attempts
-Can attend at least 4/7 nights
