So do we know who all is running for what? Or do we have some crazy guild alliance that have already sectioned off regions per guild in the alliance? :D

Transcendence is taking a pass on this round, Though we'd happily look into any possible guild alliances so to help organize anything for the net round and allow for more votes for the guilds in the alliance. I have a lot going on outside of game the next upcoming 2 weeks, being the guild leader and in that position as well as other minor things is what was the deciding factor of just sitting back this time.
If anyone wishes to talk with me in private on a possible guild alliance, feel free to message me in game or via PM here - Good luck to everyone running this round!

I make it a point to gather alliance information for my guild. Some of what I am will to share is...
Frost Reach United is...
Blades of Destiny
Praetorian
Reign
Sin
Synergy
Vigilant Addiction
While they have an impressive group word from the people I know inside is that the bigger 3 are basically just working for themselves and keeping the rest around for numbers. Look for this group to splinter over time as the smaller guilds discover that they have no real support.
A second alliance is...
Equinox
Insomnia
League of Lolis
Transcendence
A smaller but still powerful group. They lack organization at this time and some of their members seem to not even be running for vanarch (or so they claim). Either way they have numbers and if they manage to mobilize them they will be a respectable force.
As for the other "big" guilds. Tempest seems to be a sleeper guild and hasn't said much about their plans. I try not to guess without evidence to support it so I can not say as to what they are working for and with who.
Soldier seems to be keeping their mouths shut as well but it has come to my attention that they have set up a strong network of medium and small guilds that are strangely loyal despite common sense. I believe the forum drama pre release has rallied a large number of players to their cause as the underdog. I'll post names once I can confirm them but its a long list to confirm.
As for regions...
Praetorian - Val Ellenium
League of Loli- Poporia
Soldier- Ostgarath
Vigilant Addiction- Val Kaeli
These are the only locations I can confirm at this time.
I hear rumors but they remain just that until my people are able to provide more information. With the 18th fast approaching we will all know before to long. With Synergy, Vigilant Addiction and Praetorian using the Frost Reach United to secure their regions I don't see them suffering much competition and they should be secured a Vanarch seat. On the other side Soldier with 10+ guilds at its back also seems to be secure with whatever they choose. If the remaining alliance continues to shoot for smaller, less contested areas they stand a strong chance to provide 1-2 seats for their members.
They rest as they say "should be a good show". This information is provided to help those guilds who have not joined in with one of the major powers. I hope it provides some helpful insite into what your guild can do to secure its own Vanarch location. With the big guilds "playing nice" and avoiding each other that leaves 8-10 locations for medium to small guilds to battle it out.
Good luck to you all.

Hnn, you seem to have forgotten Chor Tempest listed in your second alliance. I wasn't going to post here until I'd gotten agreement from everyone (which doesn't happen in under 12 hours since this was posted during the maintenance, sorry).
Our base of operation is mainly in-game, and we use Chor's website for anything else necessary. Not that anything else has been necessary that we couldn't discuss in-game so far.
We've made plans for the upcoming elections already and, as mentioned here, hope to present ourselves accordingly. I know that Chor has been trying to come up with ideas for server events, though we do not have the clout than some of the larger guilds have, nor as much resource-wise. We still hope to ensure there's as much fun and dedication as possible on Frost Reach.

I personally am not going to be too involved with politics this first cycle, it honestly seems like everyone will wind up with what they want though. We really don't have that many guilds that could actually compete anyway, and of those most of them are going to aid the other in getting elected regardless. Somehow I'm not expecting much competition at all yet.

No clue where you get your info. As far as I am concerned Transcendence/Equinox aren't apart of that alliance, at least in no way, shape, or form have I even heard of seen of those guilds.
I will confirm that Insomnia, Chor Tempest, and League of Lolis are allied though, and each of us will be running in the vanarch election. Goldsmarrow.

Well, Transcendence is allied with Chor Tempest, so it's not too terribly off... I haven't spoken with any of the other guild leaders on the list though, which I'm happy to do so to make a full blown alliance more official if that's what everyone would like to do.

Soldier propaganda at it's best. My hats off to Solider on this one; nicely done. Trying to stir the pot.
I hope everyone else can realize the blatancy of the false speculations; while smearing the reputation of the Frost Reach United Alliance and the guilds within. A very poor, yet bold, attempt to shake things up.
Matter of fact; is that the FRU is constantly meeting at a personal level with Officers/GM of each Guild to keep relationships at the highest levels it can be. VIA in-game Alliance Channels / Voice Servers / Facebook and even personal cell phones. I'm extremely proud to be working with the Guilds in our Alliance to make sure our server is run with Respect and Honor.
I'd also like to "de-bunk" the stated claim (smear) that smaller guilds within this Alliance are being "used". SIN can verify, that even though they aren't as large as VA we both wanted control over a region and VA kindly switched our goal so there wouldn't be a conflict. Just ask 'Pride' in-game if this is true or not, or anyone else in our Alliance; they were present at the meeting as well.
While I don't like talking behind people's back; I'll need to state some facts since this has already been brought forward now. Don't think for a moment that Solider and their Alliance is strong. I've personally been approached by 3 guilds that claimed to be in their alliance with statements that they were too aggressive and were building up a 'dictatorship' (not my words). These guilds have since left the Solider alliance; or broken up into Solider/Guilds in their Alliance.
Walker; I hope you're not an accountant... because your "Confirmations" are interesting. (wrong) I'd suggest you "re-confirm" or just sit back and enjoy the game. While your 'reports' may have been in good spirits (or in bad); no one likes someone that is going to report wrong information. I suggest that you simply speak with the Guild Masters if you want some information... they don't bite. Who are you in-game and what Guild are you with?
Stay tuned, as we will soon find out just what regions everyone is going for soon enough!
I'd also like everyone to note; Have you seen VA Recruitment Spam in chat before?
