2 hours pass my bed time

It's 2 hours pass my bed time, but I didn't care I wanted to play Tera for at less ten minutes. All that wait... and I missed read the email. I thought it was 19-23 for everyone. So upset and tired. I want to blame Tera, but I know it is my fault. Ugh.. and I gotta get up for work in about 6 hours.

Go to that link, look for San Francisco along the right side of the list. When it reaches 12:00 PM, I believe that is when OB begins for the general public. Those with pre-order are able to currently log in. If you can't log in and you are pre-order, then that is a completely different issue than what I believe is going on with your confusion.
