I've been DC'd due to a lack of subscription for almost 24 hours now, even though I have a valid account, a valid subscription, valid everything. Last night, I waited on the phone for 2 hours before giving up talking to someone. Today, I waited multiple hours in the live chat queue only to have the GM say "you have a valid account, they're looking into it, should be real soon now, sorry". At this point, I can't even cancel my damn subscription, when I try the "Stop Automatic Billing" link and click Accept, nothing happens. Oh, and they charged me for 90 days, even though that wasn't supposed to happen. At least they started a refund on that.

This is a terrible, terrible start. I convinced a bunch of my friends to play this broken game, and alas, they're all having a grand old time playing without me. Giving me a few days free play time and some dyes does *not* make up for the fact that I'm losing out on the thing I love most about MMOs: seeing content and downing mobs with my friends. Hearing about people suffering from this issue for days now is downright disheartening. If this keeps up, the only way I'll be able to level with my friends is to hope they have some alts my level eventually.

This is unacceptable, En Masse. The fact that I can't play a game I gladly pre-ordered (and technically paid for a subscription already), and that I can't talk to anyone to get this issue fixed without waiting for hours, is getting me extremely close to never bothering with this mess again, which is upsetting as I really think this game is something unique and amazing.
