So, had my preorder, and now subscription expired...what happened to those 30 days?
Anybody else has the same problem?
I had the same problem i actually had to subscribe to the game to get the free 30 days
yep like Bruderen said all you have to do is set up a subscription to be billed in the future to have the free 30 days.
I just added 30 days onto my accout, and still no extra 30 from preorder...
yeah also it does take some time 5-10 mins for it to update. be patient if it takes a little longer. >.<
So..This has happened to me twice now. Preordered it, and 2 days ago on the 3rd, i was unable to play due to "Subscription has expired." I was able to play yesterday, and then again today it says "Subscription has expire." This is getting to be ridiculous, i didn't pay 50 dollars for 48 hours of game time.
