30 days of game time cut short?

Over the weekend, the number of days I had remaining of my 30 days of game time was correct. However, now the days remaining has changed to May 30th, shorting me by several days. That's obviously wrong since I didn't register my key until several days after the start of May (due to my retail shipment from EME taking quite a while to arrive through the U.S. postal service).

Did this incorrect adjustment happen to anyone else? I'm wondering if this is the unintended result of a fix applied to the subscription service (which we all know has been having problems this month).

I noticed that mine went from "Expires: May 31st, 2012" to "Expires: May 30th, 2012" about a week ago. I wasn't sweating much over 1 day though.

This begs the question, for those with retail purchase receipts, did you have access to your account on the Launch Date of 5/1/2012? If so, then EME is billing correctly. Regardless of when you entered your product code, if you had access, it was merely EME giving you a grace period to enter your code.

I also lost several days due to the subscription expired bug? Do I not receive compensation for the days I was not able to play?

This. If you put in a preorder code then they gave you a grace period and regardless your due date shouldn't be the end of the month. Mine still says 4 days.

My problem is after upgrading to the CE my manage subscription option vanished from the Account Overview page. I sent a ticket, waiting on reply.

This is actually not correct, as this question came up during the grace period. EME responded that the 30 days which come with the game purchase did not begin until your retail code was entered.

The grace period actually ended before my box arrived, so I was unable to access the game in the time between.
