Will this be fixed before we are kicked offline at midnight? I lost 3 days of playtime.
I think I lost a day or something. Not that I ever expect to see it.
My lost time was just restored. Not sure if it had anything to do with my support ticket or something they're fixing in general.
unfortunately this has now spread to not only 1 day, but auto-renewal plans not functioning and receiving the error "Subscription not found or has expired". What is worse is that En Masse sent me an email yesterday confirming the auto-renewal. I have submitted a ticket in hopes to have this resolved but is anyone else experiencing the same issues?
