i feel like I've kinda hit the wall so to speak. In other games you grind and push threw and get to level cap so the end game can begin. The end game isn't that strong right now so i don't feel the desire to push to it, I'm bored out of mind doing thies copy/past quest I've done for 45 levels, NT doesn't give much for XP, most groups don't do the mobs for repeatables.

I feel like the game kinda forces you into soloing as being your best option for leveling. I feel like there should be more insentives for grouping. solo to 60 is makes me want to /wrist.

any suggestions to kindle the fire?

Uhm, soloing is definitely NOT the best way to level, not even close, even doing normal quests doing it as a group is SO much faster.

Not to be a downer, but you haven't hit the worst spot yet.

Just curious, but for those of you who are getting bored of quests, are you the type who just skips quest text? I've found I get bored real quick in an MMO whenever I simply ignore quest text and treat them as mere kill checklists.

/a looking for questing partner.... nope, no tells. spam every 5min for next hour. still no tells. it's hard enuff to get groups for bams let alone soloable quests. I never sed soloing was the best way to level, I sed they game feels like it's bottle necking you into solo leveling.

yes i know the grind gets deeper as you level.

No i don't read the quests. I'm not a big fan of lore. it makes me feel nerdy.

I'm more of a dungion rat. I like to burn instances and they seem to have a lot of gap levels for instance grinding. add in getting a bad group (if you can make it threw the 1.5-2 hour ques) it's usaly lan exp loss for the amount time invested vs quest grinding.

I don't want to hear spam in lfg or build your oun group. The instance matcher is the system EM decided to roll out at release, it's part of the game and right now it feels broken.

i like Rift exp system.
you can do quests, or just farm rifts, or participate in world events, or just pvp on warfronts,
and everywhere you get good exp and your char levels up. a lot of fun. + dungeon queues give you a reward.

Tera is korean mmo, so grind the quests :D

Yeah, I don't know man. I'm level 40 and I just don't really feel like logging in any more. I'd rather play some sandbox single players lately.

I honestly think that for me, it's a combination of MMO burnout and dissonance with the community and the game itself. I just don't really fit in with this game's mechanics and I have already decided just to take it easy and stop trying to force MMOs on myself. Most the time I end up just getting frustrated if I try too hard to level quick, and that's not what games are for.

It's like a drug or alcohol...you have to examine your "relationship" with it and determine whether it's healthy.
