Sorry to hear you have a billing error. I'll remember when I cancel my subscription to go through Live support so they'll cancel it for me. And if they charge me I'll give them a 30day notice to refund the money or face legal action.

You have got to be joking. Right? I mean, the legal fees involved with something like this would be more than the amount of money you'd be filing suit over. If by some chance you can't get the money refunded through costumer service, call your credit card company and get a charge back.

But then again any time anyone mentions legal actions and lawsuits over a video game it's invariably just someone blowing hot air.
