+9 Weapon

Just wondering if it's just me or many people are having this problem. I've crushed 36 T 12 weapons so far all failing +8 - +9. I feel like I just log in to grind a weapon drop and gold for the powder. I honestly don't even feel like logging in any more as it frustrates the heck out of me.

Really just wanting to know if this is normal or not.

It would seem to be the case, but I'm guessing there is a glitch or exploit of some sort as I have seen entire groups running full +9 t13 gear, in fact they had it already when I bought the game over a month ago.

See that is the really [filtered] up thing about RNG.

You can go from fresh to +9 in 9 tries.
Or
You can go from fresh to +9 in 10000 tries.

While both are improbable it is bound to happen to someone.

The RNG is working as intended.

They was indeed an exploit. Lots of full +9s out there, no punishment after the fix.
