would be pointless, nothing beats a lancer one vs one so if they wanted you kicked you would be kicked and humiliated. just dont give them a reason to kick you and you should be fine, main reasons i kick people while on my lancer:
1. they go afk
2. take forever to even enter the dungeon
3. there a stupid warrior who spams aggro moves trying to get the aggro ( i give it to them, but they end up getting koed or 2 shot)
4. they make my job harder (either run to the boss before i am ready or drag a room of mobs i have not aggroed or even gotten to the room) but boths these cases i would let that person die.
5. the most annoying, especially in fane, not following my orders. in fane if i tell someone to stay the hell out of this mini room you do it, dont ask 600 questions them come start dpsing while im grabing one mob we need to open a gate.
fact of the matter, the tank is the leader, even if he dosent have leader you follow him. odds are with instant queue he has done the raid before and knows how to do it.

correction its a stalemate, lancer cant kill the priest and the priest cant kill the lancer since they have to down 16k hp within 20 second to start even doing damage then have to do at least 8k per minute to over power the heal while on top of the lancer blocking.
