Is that just because of the headstart or? Just wanted to make sure or do we not get the first month with purchase of the game?

You know, I have the same issue, exactly except that it's set to 5/5/2012, but I *think* I know what might be afoot. Rolling into full launch En Masse had a headstart for preorders of a few days, on my account page it says that it's still flagged as Free Trial. I'm guessing that the Free Trial got pushed further down into full release and by adding on your activation key you got some reboot of the Free Trial, which expires for you 5/4 (5/5 for me). I think once that part of the sub is over it'll revert to your 30-day free trial and then it'll roll into your sub.

At least that's what I keep telling myself and not that En Masse is tryin' to bend us over for free ;-) It somewhat makes sense if you think about it, not the most elegant nor efficient way to handle subs but it coincides with how the system should effectually be working.

I'm pretty sure you need to set up a subscription plan to get your free month of game time. SWTOR did this as well.

NOTE: Setting up a subscription does not mean you get charged for May. Your first charge will be in June

EME is aware of the issue according to the last post on the subject (before it turned into a flame fest) and say it is just a reporting error.

Obviously some additional confirmation that it is just a reporting error would be great.

Odd, when I added a subscription after purchasing the physical copy, it extended a full month.

I also participated in the open beta and had a pre-existing account . . . don't know if that made the difference.

Alright, well I'll wait it out and see what happens. Thanks for the reply's, I'll add my subscription once my free time is up. If it doesn't let me have the first month before then I guess it wasn't ment for me to play.

Hehe yeah I've added my subscription along with my billing address/payment info and it hasn't changed at all. Like Pyrolight said, EME is aware of the situation and from another post here (something I saw today in a different thread by an EME person) it sounds like it's more of an information display issue rather than anything too, too serious.

If you are getting the temporary grace period when you've purchased the game, make sure you've already set up the subscription by going to My Account page and selecting the plan and completing the entire transaction. This is a 0 dollar transaction and you will not be billed till June. This should change the remaining days to 30.

I sent in a ticket this morning because I was charged 14.99 not the 0 you say and the website says still waiting to hear back from support and since i was charged for my free 30 days nothing has changed and i have no access to the game.

I sent in a ticket because on one of my two accounts (One is my girlfriend's) I was charged 14.99$ yesterday.
