good money making?

Not until useful recipes are add (back) into the game, it's still a worthless money sink til higher levels like all other crafting profs

Alchemy isn't horrible, but just like with gear, you get pots from quest rewards every now and then. None of the crafts compare with simply killing BAMs or questing for money-making.

They lowered the cost of making potions through alchemy, though you would still have to sell potions for quite a large amount. It's doubtful anyone would by them rather than make them themselves. Alchemy is very easy.

tradeskills in this game are 100% pointless wastes of time - sorry but you won't be making much money, not with gathering or tradeskilling.... as 90% of the cost to make an item comes from the vendor-bought materials
