Just remember, the alternative to strict item binding is item decay to loss and the constant need to replace decaying items with fresh versions. I am quite sure most folks NA-side would prefer the item-binding concept to having iconic equipment be little more than rentals against the decay process. Have a care what you express desire to change, as the alternatives may not be as favorable as you believe them to be.

Ok, so im curious is crafting good for enchanting fodder? or is it just better to farm instances for greens/blues
From what i have read it looks like crafting isnt even that good for enchanting

Clearly you haven't bothered to craft or look at later recipes...or you know, talk to KTera lvl 60 streamers who say 'no worries, crafting provides gear that rivals the endgame dungeons'.
You also have to be very careful what you say about WoW. It's almost as if you think no one around here played it extensively so you can make up all kinds of stuff about it. WoW's crafting was not even almost as bad as you keep saying it was.
It didn't compare to endgame raids, but it was never supposed to. It is good enough to get you INTO those raids, and that's all it ever needed to be.
