And, all you other complainers here pissing and moaning because xyz ability or abc skill doesn't do what YOU think it should. Shut up. Jesus. Seriously.

This community makes me sorry to have to admit I am a Tera player because I don't want anybody to think I am like all of YOU. You are what gave WoW such a bad reputation and caused the designers of WoW to slowly destroy that game because of all of your complaining.

I think a huge problem right now is anyone with an enmasse account can post on these forums. I'm not 100% on that fact, but from what I've seen this is the case.

They need to close forum posts to those without active accounts.

I am not having any login problems at all but... I do understand the peoples attitude with not being able to play the game. Not being able to login is like buying a car outright and paying insurance on it in order not to be able to drive it off the lot for days on end... I think OP would be pissed off too.

eh..Minea already stated that everyone will get their 30 days free play time. so those that are having issues now will still get 30 days free time soon as they can fix the problem..but its not like they can wave their "magic wand" and fix it soon as the first child rages about it..

My fave one so far was the post to spam their facebook page till they fixed it..gawd kids these days..like that would help...

Many of these players have legitimate problems. It's not like this game is new or just came out. Many of these things should have been ironed out by now. You don't buy something and expect it not to work. Game developers and Fanboys just use it as a very tired excuse. Yes the community can be rough , not just in WoW. Are you just new to forums in general?

I agree not being able to play is a very frustrating problem. I think you're all missing the point though. The forums should be a place for constructive criticism, exchanging community communication, and generally shooting the [filtered].

However, just the other day I read a thread directly posting a GM's name over a mistake before they even had the chance to fix the problem.

The real problem isn't that there are hiccups in this launch it's the fact people can't wait for their problems to be solved before they begin raging.

I agree with the OP. It's not like Enmasse aren't keeping communication open. They're saying they're fixing it, and they will give their free month to make up for these problems.

I'm sorry Sunraven, but this post is ridiculous.

This game may have been out for a year, but they made lots of changes. Not to mention this is a new publisher. It's not like Enmasse have had years with a finished product to handle.

To expect everything to run smooth in the first month of an MMO is absolutely ignorant. If you don't want to deal with the problems then wait a few weeks after release.

The free month is only one of many problems with most of them going undressed. A responsible developer would at least have the courtesy to their customers to say their working on it. Even if it's hallow. It's better than siting in the dark. And ignorant? Please, what is wrong with getting what I paid for? I don't buy a tv to get home and find it empty with a note that says they'll ship it to me when they get around to it.
